Together4Growth
Developing a first-of-its-kind e-learning program for behavioural change.
Traditional e-learning approaches often fail to create meaningful engagement or lasting behavioural change, particularly with complex social topics. Swedfund International sought a partner who could develop an innovative e-learning solution—one that would leverage technology to create a truly transformative learning experience that would engage men in meaningful and transformative gender equality training.
Together4Growth is a self-paced digital learning experience built using SCORM 1.2 and an integrated suite of multimedia tools. Combining interactive learning design, branched live-action video, and animation, the course delivers an immersive, emotionally resonant journey.

Our Approach
We rooted our approach in the science of learning and principles of behavioural change, drawing our extensive experience in training programmes. Our design philosophy prioritises people over platforms, ensuring that technology adapts to human needs rather than the other way around.
Instead of simply transferring knowledge, the programme was designed to guide participants through a reflective learning journey—helping them connect with their own experiences and those of others to enable genuine behavioural shift. To do this, we anchored the programme on three main design considerations.
Accessibility
How could we reflect men’s lived experiences while ensuring the programme remained inclusive and relevant across diverse geographic, cultural, and professional contexts
Technology With Purpose
Rather than replicating an in-person workshop, how could we use digital tools to deepen engagement and elevate the learning experience?
Tiered Learning
How could we integrate both cognitive understanding and emotional resonance to support long-term cultural change?
The Impact
“Tackling gender stereotypes, toxic masculinity and unconscious biases is key in attaining gender equality and equity. Various course content including role playing, illustrative videos and engaging quizzes with the learner in between and at the end of each chapter were a success in delivering each idea.”
